The 7444 St. Charles Homeowners Association (HOA) is managed by a Board of Directors made up of owners in our condominium community, which was built in 1941 and home to 30 condo units.

The overall management of the HOA is the responsibility of the Board of Directors who are elected each year by the owners. Per the bylaws, the Board can be made up of seven members. Assisting the Board are a number of standing committees and each board member is expected to serve on one or more of these committees.
